Periscope Advisory Group, PLLC
Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy explains how Periscope Advisory Group, PLLC (Periscope, we, or us) collects, uses, and discloses personal information through periscopeag.com, website inquiries, and introductory appointment bookings.
Client engagement records and information processed on behalf of clients are also subject to applicable law, professional confidentiality obligations, and the relevant engagement and portal arrangements. This website policy does not replace those obligations or authorize use of client information for marketing.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, work email address, organization, optional telephone number, message, and related correspondence when you contact us. When you book an appointment, we receive booking details and information you provide through Microsoft Bookings.
- Website activity. Pages visited, referring website, campaign tags, approximate visit times, interactions with links and forms, browser and device information, and analytics or browser-session identifiers.
- Network and location information. Our hosting and security providers receive IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Our website visit system receives approximate city, state or region, postal code, country, and network-provider or organization information derived from the connection. It does not request your device’s precise location.
- Business inferences. We may compare approximate location and network-organization information with business records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to suggest which organization visited. These are unverified inferences and may be incorrect; they do not establish a visitor’s identity or employer.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, evaluate prospective engagements, maintain business contacts, operate and secure our website, prevent abuse, and understand and improve our website and marketing.
We may connect inquiry or booking activity with campaign information and analytics identifiers to measure which outreach leads to meetings or engagements. Inquiry details and correspondence are maintained in our business systems. Our website integrations are designed to keep names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and message contents out of Google Analytics.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
We use Google Analytics to measure website activity and campaign results. Google uses cookies and other technical information to provide this service. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our Google tag disables Google Signals and advertising personalization signals.
We also use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and website performance analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Providers receive the technical information needed to deliver their services.
Our own browser session storage groups page visits and retains referral and campaign information as you navigate. Our CRM visit system uses these signals with approximate network location to record business interest. Booking attribution uses an opaque reference to connect a confirmed appointment with its originating campaign and available analytics identifiers.
Analytics providers may collect information about your activity over time and across websites using their services, as described in their policies. We use these tools to measure our own website and outreach. We do not sell inquiry contact details for money or use them to provide advertising for unrelated businesses.
Your privacy choices
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC) or a Do Not Track signal with the value “1,” our website skips Google Analytics configuration and events, CRM visit tracking, and optional inquiry and booking attribution. Contact forms and appointment scheduling remain available. Essential hosting, security, and Cloudflare performance measurement continue; these signals do not prevent all technical information from reaching service providers.
You can also block or delete cookies and restrict browser storage through your browser settings. These controls may affect functionality. To ask us to stop nonessential business outreach, email us using the contact details below.
When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email, scheduling, and our business systems, including Cloudflare, Google, and Microsoft. Microsoft Bookings is a Microsoft-hosted service; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Other external sites have their own privacy practices.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights and security, at your direction, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal restrictions.
Retention and security
We retain information according to its purpose, our continuing business relationship, applicable legal and professional recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or protect our systems. Retention varies between inquiry correspondence, business records, analytics, and provider logs.
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account credentials, bank customer records, audit evidence, or other sensitive documents through public inquiry forms. Ask us for an appropriate secure transfer method.
Privacy questions and requests
Depending on your location and the laws that apply to our processing, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a copy; or opt out of certain processing. Contact us below to make a request, including a request through an authorized agent. We may need to verify identity and authority and may retain information where an applicable exception requires or permits it.
We will respond as required by applicable law. If you wish to appeal a privacy-request decision where an appeal right applies, reply to our response or email us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
Our website and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through this site.

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
